A controlled bloom.
Working very closely with a conscious farmer who not only beelieves in that seven year rule of rest, but also that rule of replenishment as well.
After the winter wheat has been harvested, bios are spread, and then several weeks later he plants a seven species cover crop. Three weeks from then and we’re normally on bloom. Which we chase till the end of the season.
Allowed to go to seed and come back in the spring, to then bee turned under and used as a green manure. By using cover crops the farmer is able to help bring a more natural balance to the nutrients contained within the soil versus using chemicals. Thus allowing the soil to bee more productive.
