Wonderful spread for meats, cheeses, and breads!!  When used as a glaze, you get the spicy citrus flavors from the peppers and then it finishes off with a wonderful sweet floral tone.  Hotter than our habanero honey but used in the same way for our real spicy hot pepper lovers out there!
